Hi, I'm Alva!
I am originally from Kilkenny but I am currently living in Japan with my husband and two young children.
I am a freelance Virtual Assistant with over 15 years of experience working in fast-paced admin & support roles within different industries.
During my career as an administrative specialist, I have played essential roles in a range of public and private sector industries.

I have worked as a Case Manager with the Bank Of Ireland, managed a Veterinary practice and I have held several positions within the Irish Government, including Parliamentary Assistant.
​
While working as a Parliamentary Assistant I often worked alongside Solicitors and Barristers and became familiar with the Legal System. This in turn led me to broaden my knowledge further and gain a Legal Secretary Diploma in 2019.

As a business owner, wife and mother, I have a true appreciation for the importance of striking a balance between work and life. I am passionate about helping busy professionals take control of the overwhelm by providing reliable, professional and effective outsourced admin support.
